Effective for new subscriptions created using the v21 founding checkout.
SIGNALCORE BY SMARTERSWEB — FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP TERMS (v21-2026-10)
Offer: Qualifying members within the first 500 reserved or claimed places through December 31, 2026, 23:59:59 UTC, whichever occurs first.
Recurring annual subscription: USD $8.69 per year. The advertised reference is the standard annual membership price of USD $79.00. Savings: 89% of that reference price.
Rate guarantee: SignalCore commits to retaining the founding subscription's USD $8.69 annual renewal rate for the uninterrupted active term of the qualifying PayPal subscription. The plan is an annual subscription; it does not provide permanent access for a single payment. We will not voluntarily reprice the designated founding PayPal plan. We will work with affected customers to correct any error or unauthorized deviation in the founding renewal rate.
Eligibility: A single founding enrolment per qualifying SignalCore user account. Access is granted only after a verified qualifying PayPal payment; PayPal approval alone is not confirmation of payment or plan activation.
Renewals and cancellation: PayPal charges the membership automatically every 12 months until cancelled, expired or suspended. If a subscription is cancelled, expired or no longer in good standing, founding-rate eligibility does not automatically resume or transfer to a replacement subscription.
Features: Access to SignalCore's eligible subscription-level platform features, subject to published usage limits, account integrity and service availability. Third-party AI processing, external distributor fees, licensed VST tools, direct-to-store publishing and other separately charged services are not included unless clearly stated in an additional agreement.
Billing, taxes and refunds: Prices are denominated in USD. Applicable taxes, currency-conversion charges and legally required consumer rights are handled according to applicable law and the merchant's published refund policy. This offer does not waive mandatory statutory rights.
Account security: Members remain responsible for authorized access, password security and optional or mandatory MFA. PayPal processes subscription payments; SignalCore does not store payment-card numbers.
Support: For a payment discrepancy or rate issue, contact the support email published on the SignalCore website and provide the PayPal subscription reference without sharing passwords or authenticator codes.
